Router diffuculties - I cannot acess my router config page after resetting it.?

Question

I needed to make some changes to my routers settings, but i didn't have the old username and password, so i reset it. Now when i go to http://www.routerpasswords.com/index.asp) it wont let me in to the config page.

Did i miss a step? Do i need to buy something? My router is a Westell Versalink Model 327W

I suspect this is because i need to install the router again after resetting. If so, can you help me with that?

What kind of router?

Dude- The default username is admin

The default password is password.

If that doesn't work I can connect to it remotely if you want me to.
