Routine vet visit for your dog?

So I'm bored so I thought I'd see what the cost was for everyone else for their routine vet trips for their dogs.

My local vet 46 for just a routine exam.

We go to two vets. Originally, we started going to one vet, but after several insulting complications with their vet-techs, we found another vet in January. The first vet charges $54 (or around there) and our newer vet charges $32 and $46-48 for two pets. We normally go to the vet that charges the $32 - unlike the first vet office, they're all such nice, caring people who want to help, and they have assisted us greatly with our pets, especially with my Sasha who is epileptic and incontinent.

I take Milly monthly for her immunotherapy injection for her allergies and get her anal glands checked in case they need expressing, and she has a check up, but that's all covered by her insurance.

Her yearly booster and health check costs £25.

I just checked out my last vet bill and the comprehensive wellness exam (office visit) is $29.50.  We  live near Detroit, MI. (suburbs)

Add:  oops, when you go for the first time with a new pet it is $35.25.

For a routine visit its usually between $35 and $50. Our vet does things by size, Sparky & Roxy cost us $35 each, and Max costs us $45 (as he's not full grown, and still counts as a puppy).

The rest of the gang cost $50 each (Nuckles, China, Rocket, Juno, Pepper, Paisley, Polka, and Marley).

So if I take them all in on the SAME day, that books the whole office (which, trust me, I do once every six), it costs $120 for MY dogs, and for the rescues its $400.

Then you have to put in tax and if I need to get another load of heart worm pills or frontline, or update a vaccination.

I go twice a year with all four of my dogs unless there is something wrong with them (allergies,illness etc...) then of course i go to the vet again . For a routine check-up it's $50.00 for each dogs so thats $200.00 for all of them.

We go twice a year... Just the visit is $45.  That's in the Northeast USA.
