Rowing as cardiois it good or not?

does it work out entire body or mostly arms/shoulders? which machines are best (brands ) and where can i get one? Thanks

  1. rowing machines are in the top 5 for cardio training machines. it mostly works upper body (arms, shoulders) but also helps lower body fat and improves general fitness and endurance.


  2. Rowing is awesome. Works out your arms, shoulders, legs, back and abs.


  3. It works your legs too if you get the ones that the seat moves. It should be pretty good cardio if you use a good resistance and intensity. Look on ebay, you might be able to find some cheap ones.
