  1. You can't really lose weight from a specific area, unfortunately (you just lose weight generally) but what you can do is tone up certain muscles, so they look better.

    1) Rowing machine: good for cardiovascular exercise (heart and lungs - sometimes called CV), burning calories, building stamina, all-round strength and toning arms, shoulders, legs, bottom and back.  Basically everything.  Quite hard work though - rarely keep up full pace for more than 10 minutes.  Also easy to hurt your back if your technique is wrong.

It builds strength rather than stamina.

    2) cross trainer: also good for CV and all the above, but is generally easier on the knees and can be done at a lower pace for longer, which is better for weight loss.  It builds stamina rather than strength.

If it's just your legs you're worried about, I'd choose cycling or recumbent cycling (static bikes in the gym or on the road), as this will only work on your legs, rather than your arms too.

  2. get on your bike its probabily the best thing for your s**y legs looool

and i think you should get a rowing machine as it works a lot of the body including the legs
