Roxane Bruere set to win at Exeter – Handicap Hurdle Preview
Roxane Bruere looks to be in a favourable position to win ‘Betfair Racing Excellence Conditional Jockeys’ Training Series Handicap Hurdle’ at Exeter racecourse on Tuesday, March 6.
The Class 5 contest of 2m1f distance will start at 5:00 (GMT). The prize money reserved for the high-profile event is £1,949.
Robin Dickin’s talented black mare is geared up to compete against eight runners including Only Hope, Hearty Royale, Cannon Fire, Black Cache, Homer Run, Fashion Week, Budva and Haling Park.
Roxane Bruere has been performing marvellously since November 2011. After finishing second each in two consecutive races during the month of November, the brilliant mare went on to grab third and second spots in a couple of outings in December.
The R. E. Hill-owned runner finished third each in her last two stars on February 21 and March 1.
As a whole, the seven-year-old mare has run for 20 times to date, having one victory to her credit. She has earned £5,944 so far.
Roxane Bruere is currently enjoying great momentum. However, she has not won since long but her inherent skills and talent are sufficient to assume that she will deliver an impressive performances today at Exeter.
As far as the mare’s competitors are concerned, two names including Only Hope and Haling Park seem to be a little bit tough.
Only Hope has been winless to date since the beginning of her career in July 2006 but the Jim Best-trained black mare possesses immense talent which is evident from her excellent outings during last three months.
After finishing second each in two consecutive races during December 2011, the mare went on to grab third position on January 17. She finished third again in her last outing on February 23.
On the other hand, Haling Park has not won any of her total 20 starts so far. Like Only Hope, she too has been doing well since last few months. In today’s clash, she is supposed to show enough fighting spirit.
As a whole, the Handicap Hurdle will be an amazing competition. Roxane Bruere will be able to march towards success comfortably and convincingly. Good luck to her.
