Roy Halliday for Grady Sizemore?

I have been offered Roy Halliday for Grady Sizemore in my fantasy baseball league. I have a pretty stacked offense right now. (Doumit, Carlos Guillen, Utley, Theriot, Mark Reynolds, Pence, Sizemore, Jay Bruce, Victorino, Carols Gonzalez, Jose Guillen, Jerry Hairston) and I have somewhat questionable pitching (Beckett, Verlander, Garza, Grienke, Cain, Joe Nathan, BJ Ryan, Kyle Lohse, Homer Bailey, etc.). I need to improve ,my pitching to have any shot in this league. Is Halliday for Sizemore pretty decent?

Ya, that's decent I guess, depends on the league but sounds solid.
