Roy Hodgson has come out and made it clear that the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Tom-Cleverley-c35218 and Bertrand will not be left in the dark after impressing for Team Great Britain at the London 2012 Olympics. England national team’s
manager has admitted that these youngsters will be a part of his plans for England’s future as they prepare to take on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 in a friendly match on the 15th of August, 2012.
England are also set to kick off their FIFA 2014 World Cup qualification campaign in the near future, therefore it will be important for Hodgson to depend on these young stars which have the capability of becoming the backbone
of the Three Lions’ squad. Cleverley, Bertrand and Sturridge were all a part of Team Great Britain’s squad for the London 2012 Olympics.
The host nation’s football contingent were knocked out of the Olympic Games recently due to their defeat to South Korea in the quarterfinals. Hodgson led England earlier on in the summer at the European Championships where England
failed to make it past the quarterfinal stage as they lost to Italy on penalty kicks.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 manager said, "Most of them are pretty much ready anyway, but one or two of the younger players like Bertrand and Sturridge and players like Tom Cleverley, who is coming back from injury, may have not been
quite so much a fixture in their teams."
He added, "Let's hope the Olympic experience with Team GB has given them a better chance of staking a claim for a regular spot. There will be players involved in that game who weren't part of the Euros and I'm sure Italy will make
changes too.”
England will hope that the likes of Cleverley will be integrated into their setup as, these youngsters will be vital  by the time the next FIFA World Cup 2014 will take place in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858. Hodgson will do well to give them more game
time in the future especially as England aim to participate in the World Cup qualification process.
