Roy Hodgson not to make any changes at West Brom, Rodwell to United for £25 million, Gareth Bale to spark bidding war
Roy Hodgson to continue with current staff
West Brom boss Roy Hodgson confirmed in an interview that he did not plan to part ways with Michael Appleton and Keith Downing, two important members of his coaching staff. The two were promoted after the departure of former West Brom boss Roberto Di Matteo
and Hodgson revealed they had impressed him with their efforts.
Hodgson insisted the two had been a great help when he first took over West Brom, he said, “My first month has gone as smoothly as it possibly could and a lot of thanks goes to Michael and Keith. They have been a huge help with their support and knowledge
of the players I have inherited.”
According to Hodgson he had no intentions of making any kind of changes mid-season, he continued, “I see no reason to change anything for the remainder of the season. In the summer we will look at things again when there is more time to assess everything.”
Jack Rodwell to Manchester United for £25 million
Recent reports reveal English Premier League giants Manchester United have come to an agreement with Everton over midfielder http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jack-Rodwell-c17462. Rodwell recently signed a contract with the Toffees which will keep him at the club for the next five years; however, he could very well be leaving in the summer. United initially made an offer of £15 million but because of fierce competition have decided
to increase their bid to £25 million.
