Royal Caribbean Cruise to Baja?

I will be taking a Royal Caribbean cruise to Baja in a few days. Does anyone know what is a good time to arrive at the cruise terminal? I have never taken a cruise, so I have no clue what is a good time to arrive.

Oh, the cruise leaves at 5:30 p.m.

The cruise operator should have given you instructions for when to arrive. It does no good to arrive early.
