Royal Rumble 2012 winner Sheamus pins David Otunga at Monday night Raw Supershow – Wrestling News
On World Wrestling entertainment’s 977th episode of Monday Night Raw Supershow, Sheamus put a lid for good on Interim Raw general manager John Laurinaitis’ legal advisor David Otunga in the form of a well deserved Brogue kick to his face.
The enmity between Johnny boy and Triple H is increasing day by day and the proof of it was clearly visible in the form of an announcement made by Triple H in last night’s Raw show. Triple H, COO WWE, was once the general manager of Raw but he was removed
from his position when in his own words he gave priority to his own interests rather than the brand's interest.
Triple H in a verbal encounter told John that he has committed the same crime and will therefore be removed, but John was saved by Undertaker’s unannounced intrusion. Triple H though went silently, his current actions reveal that he still has some grudge
against John and wants to remove him from his current additional responsibility of interim general manager Raw.
Amidst the above strenuous scenario, David Otunga made the worst mistake of his life. With Triple H present in the arena David came out to the squared ring and started praising John Laurinaitis for his terrific, intelligent, and fan-base generating decisions
and match ups. At that very same moment, Triple H came in and announced that David Otunga will take on the Royal Rumble 2012 winner Sheamus since he is praising the old Johnny boy falsely.
Sheamus, the Irish brawler immediately came in and started beating the arrogant Harvard lawyer. David who was in his formal attire took the beating and tried his level best to evade the former WWE champion. Sheamus did not give him a chance at all. After
receiving a series of punches and strikes, on finding an apropos opening, David leashed his own attack and replied Sheamus in his own medicine.
The bout did not went on long since Sheamus got engulfed by his rage as a result when in great pride and amidst the feeling of controlling the match David was taking of his shirt, Sheamus graciously received Otunga by a huge shoe to his face. With a boom
came the brogue kick that literally separated Otunga’s head from his shoulders and decided the winner of the brawl.
Sheamus covered David, the referee counted one, two, and three and the bout ended with the Irish proud winning and showing his raw power.
