  1. Postman Answering:

    KJ has it spot on.

Special Deliveries will show when delivery was made or attempted on the expected day and the Delivery Office from which the Postie is coming from.

Recorded Deliveries are only trackable once delivery has occurred.

In either case the only details available online after delivery are.

    1.  Time and Date of delivery.

    2.  Tracking Number of parcel.

    3.  Signature of receiver (can take up to 72 hours dependant on Admin processes of Delivery Office)

However, it you have a query then contact either your local Delivery Office or the National call centre 08457740740 as they will have more secure information on the RM Intranet tracking site.

  2. For Special Delivery It will tell you what time it was delivered and from which delivery office.  This is normally available on the day of delivery (as it is a next day guaranteed service) and then the signature is usually available either later the same day or sometimes the next day.

For Recorded Delivery information is not available for a good few days, but I think the same details are supplied.
