Ruacana to make the most out of her experience in the Free Betting With Freebetting.Co.UK Maiden Stakes at Wolverhampton
Wolverhampton is to host the Class 5 Free Betting With Freebetting.Co.UK Maiden Stakes over a mile, a furlong and 103 yards on Thursday, 15th March. The race has aligned a lineup of thirteen runners who will contest for the £2, 264 purse being offered.
Leading the lineup today is Ruacana, Cape Cross’ three-year-old bay colt out of mare Farrfesheena. The race suits him the most as he has already been placed in the two career starts that he made at Wolverhampton.
Ruacana was third in the Dine In The Horizons Restaurant Maiden Stakes on 20th February at Wolverhampton over a mile and one and a half furlong. The winner on the lineup of eleven was Cape Savannah who had four and a half lengths in his favour. The winner was coupled with Nicky Mackay.
The 11/8 favourite runner up of the race was Croftamie and was followed by Ruacana.
The three-year-old made the most out of his second start on 27th February in the Ringside Conference Suite – 700 Theatre Style Maiden Stakes at Wolverhampton over a mile and one and a half furlong.
He scored a second position while riding with Jamie Spencer. Ogaritmo, the 9/4 joint favourite winner, was paired with Adam Kirby and the two led the field of seven by one and a half furlong.
Lionrock settled into the third slot.
Ruacana has progressed through the two starts that he has made during the debut season. Analyzing the progress pattern, he will claim the race today. Two more entries who have raced at Wolverhampton lately are Kata Rock and Eastern Amour.
Eastern Amour trained by Marco Botti, was third in his second career start in the Jim Parker’s 80th Birthday Celebration Maiden Stakes on 24th February at Wolverhampton over a mile and half furlong.
The race was won by the 11/4 joint favourite, Rockgoat while settling as the runner up was Hikma.
Riding with Chris Catlin, Eastern Amour concluded the race third in line behind the winner.
Ruacana is still leading with the strongest of chances but would need to look out specifically for those who have recently raced at Wolverhampton and more importantly, have been placed.
