Ruaridh Jackson to make a difference for Scotland – Six Nations update
Ruaridh Jackson, the fly half for Scotland has admitted that he has a lot to learn, even though he has held onto that number ten shirt in the final fixture of Scotland in Six Nations this year next to Italy. The Glasgow Warrior fly half believes that he
has a long way to go to prove himself as an elite class player.
Andy Robinson the head coach for Scotland has bestowed his faith on him and believes that the young fly half will make a difference when needed. Robinson made a shaky start against Ireland on the third round of Six Nations, but turned out to be a completely
different player against England and gave a superb performance last week.
Ruaridh Jackson has made it clear though that he will giving his best in the final fixture before World Cup and wants to see his side leaving Six Nations on a good note. Jackson is pretty confident about the upcoming fixture and believes that he has the
metal to cope with the predicted difficulties that Scotland will face in the final showdown at Murrayfield against Italy.
He said, “If I can stamp my style of game on to the team as much as possible that’s hopefully why I’ve been picked, and what I’ll be looking to do.”
Scotland v Italy clash is important for both the sides, as the two of them didn’t have an impressive Six Nations and before the World Cup hype begins they want to end this campaign with a positive mindset. Though, England has made its mark this year by thrashing
4 teams so far, but Scottish will be still looking forward to make a difference in World Cup from Northern Hemisphere.
Let’s see how much of a different does he make for Scotland in the Six Nations.
