Rubber bands and braces?

Question

1. The first day i wore them it didnt hurt, but the next day it hurt like crazy, whats going on with that?

2. How do i wear the rubber bands? is it supposed to attached to the brace itself or is there supposed to always be a loophole i put it through? becuase im attaching it to a brace on my teeth, it hurts a lot...

 i just got rubber bands and i didnt expect them to hurt this bad. the only way to escape the pain is by going to sleep.

well i had rubber bands 4 2yrs & yes dey do hurt 4like 3days then u get used 2 them good l**k and have fun with ur new awesome smile
