After Jc Chavez,Olivares is my second greatest Mexican fighter.I first remember him fighting Lionel Rose,the Aussie,when I was a kid and then some years later up against the great Alexis Arguello(I've got both on DVD)and Olivareswas winning the fight untill the unlucky13th!Its a really difficult one this,both these 2 are really tough hombres,born in the boxing crazy Mexico City,both love to battle.Saldivars epics with Welshman Howard Winstone I have in my collection and vaguely remember,over 15 rnds Id have to go,with slight hesitation,for Rubin Olivares,but what a fight that would have been!!Good Question.
