Saddler had over 100 KO's an outstanding puncher for a featherweight, a great knockout artist for a little guy.  Ruben Olivares would have been too brave for his own good,  and would have tried to pressure Saddler.  Eventually Ruben would have walked into a big shot.

only Olivares do I remember as a bantamweight,in fact his fight with Lionel Rose was one of the first Isaw as a kid and read about,this doesnt influence me saying I believe Olivares was afar superior fighter but at featherweight the smart money would go for Sadler,but Ill bet on this brave mexican hero to win a close decision.
