Rubens Barrichello’s chances of staying at Williams seem bleak
There are rumours that Team Williams will have some change in its line-up for 2011 season as it wants to make room for the GP2 champion, Pastor Maldonado.
At first, reports had suggested that Rubens Barrichello will stay with the team until the next season but now a latest report suggests that Nico Hulkenberg has a better chance.
Nico Hulkenberg is expected to stay with the team now that the Team Principal has praised his driving skills. However, Nico hasn't been as good as his teammate Rubens Barrichello.
Hulkenberg is currently in a disappointing 15th place with just 18 points while Barrichello has had a better season comparatively since he is in 10th place with 47 points behind Michael Schumacher, who is in 9th place with
66 points.
Maldonado is set to take his place during the post race test session. Although, the team hasn't announced its decision yet but it seems that Williams is satisfied with Hulkenberg and Barrichello might be in trouble.
Nevertheless, it would be interesting to see how the two drivers manage to impress the team in the final two races, one in Brazil which is also Barrichello’s home race while the other at Abu Dhabi.
