Rubic cube magic trick help!?

hello could someone please tell me how to do the magic trick where when you thow a rubix cube up in the air and its complete. i no that they have all the sides complete accept one that is all jumbled up but how do they make it so one side is all jumbled and the rest in fixed?

By pulling off the stickers, and replacing them with the stickers from another cube, or from a sticker set that you can purchase at http://www.cube4you.com/
