Question:

Rubik's Cube Rules?

I know they have competitions for Rubik's Cube. Is there a standard number of times the cube must be turned to start? Is there an official rule on that or do they just mix it up until it looks "good enough"?

  1. Well, WCA official regulations require that the scrambler use a computer-generated scrambling program to produce scrambles. Each scramble for a 3x3 is 20-25 moves. Obviously you won't be able to see what the scramble is so you won't cheat but yeup.

If you've any other questions, don't hesitate to ask =]

  2. I dou theres a rule on how many times u can turn it, it could be impossible based on how mixed up the cube is. Lol my way of doing a rubiks cube is taking it apart and putting it back togeter in the right spots
