Rubin’s Ishakov denies offloading Yann M’Vila to fund Spartak Moscow’s Dzyuba deal – Football news
Rubin Kazan vice-president, Kamil Ishakov, has denied selling defensive midfielder Yann M’Vila to Anzhi Makhachkala at this point in order to raise cash to sign http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Artem-Dzyuba-c6682 from Spartak Moscow.
“We have not got any offer from Anzhi Makhachkala regarding the sale of French midfielder M’Vila and I particularly know nothing about any possible negotiations with Spartak Moscow with respect to signing Dzyuba,” the Russian national was quoted as saying.
Dzyuba, who has scored just four goals in 25 league appearances last season, has been linked with the Kazan-based club for quite some time.
“Dzyuba is likely to leave Spartak. I think the new club for the player would be Rubin Kazan. We have to see what happens until next week,” Dzyuba’s agent tweeted.
If speculations are to be believed the Russian Premier League club tried to sign the 24-year-old striker from the Moscow-based club during the winter transfer window. However, they failed to sign Dzyuba after failing to meet Spartak’s valuation of the player
at that time.
News in Russian media now suggest that Rubin have reignited their interest in the Russian International and will try to offer Yann M’Vila as a make weight in the possible deal to bring Dzyuba to Tsentralnyi stadium this summer.
However, Ishakov denied these reports after saying that they are not thinking about selling M’Vila at the moment. The Russian outfit signed the French midfielder, who failed to find the back of the net in five league appearances last term, from Rennes barely
six months ago.
According to sources, the Makhachkala-based club have confirmed their interest in signing M’Vila after tabling an initial 10 million Euros offer to the Volzhane last week. However, Rubin are reluctant to offload the 22-year-old less than 12 million Euros
which they paid to the Ligue 1 club not long ago.
M’Vila’s possible departure would surely make way for Dzyuba for whom Spartak are demanding seven million Euros at the moment. The Myaso may ask Rubin to include http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vladimir-Dyadyun-c36340 in the possible deal.
