They have this chicken quesidilla. On the website it says like 270 calories i got it and it was kind of big but didnt seem greasy or anything. Is it really only 270 calories? seems too good to be true.

  1. that is probably per serving without side items like sour cream or guacamole..  look for serving size, it is probably 1/4-1/5 of the appetizer..  definitely count on that total for the plate being at least 4 times that 270 (940) plus another 100 calories for sour cream..

if you want to eat healthy and have a good meal at ruby tuesdays i always get either the tilapia with the salad bar or the white chicken chili with the salad bar..

  2. I love Ruby Tuesdays the have they best chicken Alfredo I know they have a low calorie section on their menu so i would guess that amount is correct. Just see if it comes with rice or if you can get that or a lighter side with it because the sides that come with the quesidilla might be high in fat, salt or calories

  3. That is way too good to be true. Anything with cheese is going to be much higher in calorie and fat content.

They are probably listing calories per serving instead of calories per full meal. So, while it's not false advertising, it's very misleading.

Try 225 calories per 1/4th of the meal. Check out the link below:

  4. I'm sure it is it would be false advertisement if it isn't
