Rude service?

i went to burger king earlier and ordered a PLAIN triple stacker. i said specifically only meat, bacon and cheese on it. well, when i got it, it looked fine so i took a bite. it tasted odd so i tried another and i thought i tasted mayonaisse or something. my mom then tried a bite and agreed. a quarter of the burger was gone. we went back and told them and they said they couldn't redo it because it had already been eaten off of. is this a company policy or something?

it doesn't seem right.. of course i tasted it to see if it was plain or not. who wouldn't? why does that mean i can't return it? that just seems rude.. and they wouldn't give me a refund for the same reason. so i paid five bucks for a burger i couldn't eat, how fair is that?

  2. Very fair, take off the bun and look underneath next time. You ate half the d**n burger. Sounds like your a frigin theif, how is a business supposed to turn a profit if they give every person two burgers for the price to every customer that is to stupid to speak up before half a mill is gone. I used to work at a texas road house, and i saw people like you all the time. They would eat most of there mill, then complain that there stake wasent cooked right. They were all just looking for a free mill. One lady ate a whole stake and then demanded a refund. She was taken out in hand cuffs. Frigin bumbs. Use your brain and check by looking at your food before you bight into your meal next time.

    you paid five dollars for a burger king burger? they're more like one dollar where i come from? so pick up some loose change off the sidewalk and buy another one. or suck it up, eat one bad burger (it's burger king, not like it's gonna be a good burger, even if they get the order RIGHT...) and next time check under the bun before you eat half of it.

  4. Call corporate! They hate giving refunds but you couldn't of asked them to redo it! If you call corporate then they will give u a refund! Nothing better then homemade food!

  5. Oh my. Mayo on hamburger?  What are they thinking. They should have redone that burger and done it right!  I'm calling Tony and telling him to take care of dem!

  6. Nooo Not fair... call their complaint line, save your receipt, there should be number on the drive through window.

    and cal the manager during the day and tell them you are unhappy with the service, the food and what happened, but do it nicely,then tell them you will call their main number if you aren't satisfied with how it was handled.

    Also.... get the managers name when you call... if they don't introduce themselves when the pick up... "Hi this is Chris, " say "Hi, I'm X... I'm sorry I didn't get your name, who am I speaking with?" and WRITE it DOWN... so you can be sure that if you do have to call a highter up, you know who you talk to and what was said.
