Rude workstaff in Restaruant Empire help?

I was playing Restarunt Empire and everytime I make a restaurant the costumers always complain that my employees are rude or impolite. I tried firing the ones they complained about and hiring new people but it didnt help. I tried going for the people who have a higher morale number but it didnt help. If anyone has the game and can tell me what to do that would be cool. Thanks!

I had the game on gametap, and to solve your problem you must increase their pay, and, if you have only a few waiters with many tables, you have to hire more waitstaff.

If their morale is 100 and you're still getting complaints, I would try spending more money on Training for them.
