The club from Northern http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 face an uphill battle to qualify for the Europa League with the Ligue 1 outfit currently sitting at the bottom of Group F. Rudi Garcia’s side has endured a miserable Champions League campaign and are without a single point in
the competition so far.
LOSC Lille are travelling to Borisov without several key players but the coach is upbeat about his side’s chances against Viktor Goncharenko’s team.
While talking to reporters at a press conference, Rudi Garcia stated that although Lille are without some of their best players, he is confident of getting a positive result against BATE Borisov in the Champions League. The coach added that it’s a massive
opportunity for the less-experienced players to show what they are capable of.
The former Dijon coach said that Les Dogues are blessed with so many quality players and he has full confidence in younger players and they have the ability to perform well at this level.
"I trust the young players. They are very enthusiastic and can get the result we expect from them.”
Garcia said that Lille have played a lot of matches recently and couple of players needed some time off ahead of a busy schedule, while few haven’t been included for Tuesday’s game because of injuries.

Talking about Lille’s chances of qualifying for the Europa League, the 48-year-old admitted that it would be hard for Lille to achieve that feat that now but added that it’s not impossible and LOSC will give everything to achieve that feat.
"The main thing is to give it our best. BATE are a strong team, as they showed when they scored three goals before half time in Lille in the first game. We had a better second half in that game and we hope to carry on where we left off.”
BATE Borisov are third in Group F with 3 points, and Lille would be looking to register their first win of the competition on Tuesday.
