  1. Bengals is gonna suck now...

  2. It's...about...time.

  3. I really don't understand this. He's a 2-time Pro Bowler, and up until last year he was known as a durable RB. He's had one year being injured, and now he's slapped with the "oft-injured" tag? What about Chris Perry? He hasn't been able to start a season, much rather finish it! I can't believe they would take his "durability" over Rudi. Perry isn't that much younger than Rudi, maybe 2 years. Rudi has one of the best attitudes on that team (which isn't saying much), he's just a workhorse. Who ever signs him will get a one of the best short-yardage backs in the NFL. If he gets in a situation where he splits carries with a speed back, he will excel. I'm actually kind of glad the Bengals cut him, actually, because Rudi deserves a better team than the Bengals.

  4. I think there is more to it than meets the eye.

He has had some injuries and I think there must be something that Johnson and the Bengals aren't telling us.

It's not because he is old, he will just be turning 29 this season.

My guess is that he just hasn't gotten back to the level he was before the injury and the younger, hungrier guys have stepped up.

Too bad for him, because there are a few other RBs out there too that are in his same situation.

  5. hahaha.

  6. Rudi is past  his prime and that is well  known with Kenny Watson behind him, (not chris Perry) they should have potent running game again.  Their offensive line has more problems, but Watson had a 4.3 ypc so he should be very productive.  Perry might be  a 3rd down back, but this should have little fantasy impact if that's what your in to. Kenny Irons  should be a backup but he has an injury history like Perry so hs impact will be minimal.  Watson did good versus a good defense in Pittsburgh.  He averaged 4.6 yards per carry vs pittsburgh, so he will do fine in the long run.  Watson is a better player than Rudi so this is a positive action by giving more  oppurtunity to a better back.
