If you are talking about the Yanks becoming more formidable opponents in the future, then no. They did have a good game where as the English had a very poor game. They still have a long way to go.

USA did themselves real proud today.  Although England were absolute rubbish, the americans crowded the poms and forced them to make foolish decisions and put them off their straps.  Man of the match for me would have been the man wearing the 12 jersey for america.
