  1. Yes you are.

  2. One of the many anomolies of the game. The ball carrier may fend off a would be tackler with a straight arm fend to the face, but reverse the scenario and the tackler would be warming his ar$e on the bench for ten.

  3. hand someone? do you mean fend? yes, some refs will let you do it but some refs won't

  4. its called a fend. yes you're allowed.

  5. a fend is supposed to be a stiff arm. you arent supposed to move your arm in a pushing motion towards your opponent.

done to the face a "pushing motion" fend will be a penalty. whereas a stiff arm wouldnt.

  6. yes

  7. you can hand him of anywhere you like as long as its an open hand

  8. Without a doubt, and you don't use your fist.

  9. Yes, but only with your palm. You can't ball it up into a fist because then it becomes a punch and you will be red carded.

  10. ya just as long as u use the hand and not the fist of elbow etc... and no eye gowging hahaha

  11. Yeah, as long as your not making contact with your elbow first or any other part like bicep then you should be fine, and watch out for the eye gouging.

  12. Yes and it is the biggest insult to a would be tackler to be fended off from his face. Have done it plenty of times myself and it has been done to me as well....and when it is done to you it is very embarrassing and your team mates like to remind of you of your embarrassing moment and how rediculous yu looked when you hit the ground.
