Rugby Table Points Question?

Looking at the tables for the different groups and I see there is TB and an LB. I see they're worth points but what are they exactly.

I'd say it would mean Try Bonus and Loss Bonus.  Must be in reference to the bonus point for scoring 4 tries in a game or losing by 7 points or less.

Most tables have them mixed together under "BP" for bonus points like on the RWC site...
