Rugby World Cup - Office draw - any ideas?

Thinking of doing an office sweep/draw for the RWC - has anyone started theirs, if so, what have you done? Thanks in advance.

We used to put the teams into individual envelopes, pick the envelopes, sign them collect them back up and leave them sealed till the day of the final.

This ensured that everyone who took part was in the pub for the final, or at least part of it!

Make sure you get the all blacks,  you'll win.

Make a list of every team in the World Cup and give them a number. Decide how much each participant has to pay. Put all the numbers in a bag and everyone who wants to participate in the sweep has to draw a number out of the bag. Divide the money you have collected into 1st and 2nd. Usually 75% for 1st and 25% for second. (Just make sure you draw the All Blacks).
