  1. Yes it will improve your size and strength but it will never be able to make you 'too big' In reality creatine is only a 3% performance booster (no source nutrionist at my club told me) but it will make your muscles look bigger. If your looking for good gains in strength and size a good diet rich in protein and carbs (including protein shakes, weight gain products of protein/carb mix) will do a lot more good. Not to mention you cant make any gains at all unless you put in the work at the gym. Lastly in my experiance an energy booster/ nitric oxide supplement such as bsn no-xplode can help you to get much more from your workouts

  2. Creatine is involved in the first system for regenerating ATP (the fuel source for cells), is found naturally in foods, and our body even synthesizes it.  Basically, it's a nutritional supplement that helps you perform at a high intensity rate for a longer period of time, but it's not a steroid.

In rugby, obviously you need a lot of endurance.  However, if you do take Creatine, start very slow.  I don't think enough testing has gone on with Creatine to get to all the side effects, so be safe.

  3. check this site out creatine is nothing like roids this site has alot of info on it
