who is the best fullback in all of rugby? i realize this is an opinion question. mainly i mean from international teams.

  1. The best modern full back is probably Chris Latham, Clement Poitrenuad also has had a good year for France.

    However it is not a period with great full-backs, latham is unlikely to go down in the anals of the game as one of the greats

    Attacking fullback would be Serge Blanco
