Rugby league help!?

hi i am about to start my second game of rugby league in about 2hours. i have played rugby union for three years. but i am getting really nervous about todays game considering i think i will stuff up please tell me ways i can stop making myself nervous.

This is a bit late for this weeks game, I play both codes, before I play I just picture myself doing things right, making clean tackles, catching the ball, throwing good passes, you can never be perfect out there, but don't get too worked up if you do make a mistake, there's always another set of six. your team would know you're just learning, and if they're any sort of a club, they'll cut you some slack if you don't get it right. But overall, just enjoy it, football is meant to be fun, that's why it's called a game,

  3. u can never stop being nervous... it comes with the game... just try and reember to hit ur one on one tackles, correct play the ball etc. and u will not be nervous after the first 5-10 minutes. after kickoff ur adrenaline kicks in and ur sweet...

  4. focus on the little aspects of the game, try to get a touch on the ball early on and just have fun with it, if your not having fun and still stuck in your head that's the worst thing you can do, just let go.
