Rugby (league/union) V's american football?

Question

yesterday and today, teams up and down the uk ran up and down a rock solid cold pitch. knocking the h**l out of each other with minimal padding and a bit of winter green to keep warm.

american football players on the other hand have more padding than a stunt man and a crash helmet to boot. oh and a padded playing area too

yes i totally agree!!! rugby is the one and only true sport for men! what a bunch of girls those american footballers are! you would think they could ditch the padding?!

The NFL guys play in the snow sometimes.

They need that padding because they literally are monsters, there'd be deaths if they didn't have padding because there are less tackling laws.

Don't get me wrong, i'm English and a Union player and fan but please don't make ignorant remarks about other sports.

i agree i love rugby and support the mighty rotherham titans though after bester left they hit the pan a bit but are still the most successful english rugby club, read up on it, but yeah i saw a conventry player right huck on of ours and they continued, english rugby players Are real men, say no more
