  1. Ask your coach about near by clubs then check the internet for rugby team try-outs near you

  2. join a good rugby club

  3. best thing to do is find a club to play for

  4. Depends where you live.

In my area, if you play for the school and you are good enough, you get recommended for the County Schools team and get invited for trials.

If you play for local team, the same is done but with recommendation to the a region or club.

Then it all stems from there, if your good this is the level you will get noticed by other clubs etc!

  5. hi

im a proffesional rugby player and play for landsdowne in dublin. i was i a situation like you at the same age. the first thing is to start by asking yourself do you really have the quality? and if you do think so you can ask any big clubs to come see you play in a club match and if there impressed well then your well on your way. if not dont worry!! keep trying... you can always improve your game!!

    best of luck
