Had my first training session with my clubs colts side which hopefully i am looking to enter by xmas. At the moment im with the U17 and it is a big leap to colts and very hard to get in. The coach has recommened we use supplements along with our training. I personally have no clue about these and im asking if anyone knows more about these, what are the most benefical, where to get them e.c.tThanks in advance
