  1. get as strong as you can, go to the gym, do plyometrics to ump higher

  2. ok well u have to do rugby 12 hours a day pass, kick and work out at every oportunity you get

  3. take up basketball. If yiou want to stay in Rugby then at your weight and height I would try number 6 or number 8, cause if you keep growing I would hate to lift your **** in the lineout, you'll be one heavy Lock (you'd be about 18 stone when you in your early 20's), mate what ever you do Im sure size wont affect the outcome.

  4. Try using a rowing machine - it works all the muscles in the body and would help your fitness and your strength. Same goes for swimming.

You already sound like you're pretty big and strong for your age so there's no real need for you to go to the gym, but if loads of ur mates are going then by all means go with them - some competition will make you work harder!

  5. 6 ft 3 and 12 stone at 14 years old is impressive, dont do to many weights yet, fitness and practice your game skills!

I wonder of you keep growing lots till your 18 or not much, you might end up being 6ft 5 and 16+ stone!

    Goodluck! have fun
