  1. Go to the link below.  I coach everything from High School boys and girls, Senior Men and University women.  The University women have their stuff pretty well worked out for them but I send all my other teams to this site for their off season workouts.

Just enter your name, experience, fitness level, position and choose which kind of workout you'll be doing (pre-season, season, off-season) and it will generate an entire workout programme for you.

If they are too easy, just change your current fitness setting.  If you don't know what position you'll be, then GENERALLY a smaller faster person will be a Back (Half back/Scrum Half, First Five/Flyhalf, Second Five/Inside Centre, Centre/Outside Centre, Wing and Fullback) while BIG players are usually prop or hookers, tall players are sometimes locks/second rows.  Flanks have everything (Speed, Strength, Stamina) pretty much.

  2. Yes join a club mate and get a programme from a coach, or if you are still at school get a school coach to put you onto a training system. Good Luck

  3. Just join your local team, they will get you match fit and can show you how to work out properly!
