Rugby world cup?????

how far do u think ireland will get in the rugby world cup?

I think the Irish have a solid chance. They probably should have won the six nations.  There is no reason they shouldn't dominate their group... we will see what happens next.

I would like to say that the USA will progress, but since that won't happen my next choice will be to support Ireland.

i hope that they get quite far with england and wales,hopefully one of them teams will win(very unlikely)hope they get far.

I think Ireland might reach the semi-finals.  I think that will be the high water mark.  I don't think England (God Save the Queen) will go that far which saddens me.  Wales will not reach the semi-finals.  Scotland will be eliminated early.  The U.S. will be eliminated before Scotland, I think.  France is hard to predict.  Sometimes France plays brilliantly, and other times, France plays with refined mediocrity.  New Zealand is the team to beat and South Africa the one to watch.  I believe the cup will go south of the equator, again, but I would be quite surprised if Australia was in real contention.

Although the chances are slim, I have a bet for Ireland to reach the final. They certainly could do it, being one of the best European nations at the moment, and following from France's bad performance against NZ recently, they have a chance......

I think they'll drop out in the quarter finals, maybe the semi-finals.

But the Semi finalists according to me are:

1. All Blacks

2. South Africa

3. France

4. Australia
