Rukia School Unform Tutorial or Advice?

Could anyone help me make Rukia's (from Bleach the Anime) school Uniform.or links to a tututial would also be appreciated..Please I need help!!

I have no idea of what the anime characters look like, but I have tons (20+years' worth) of costuming experience with a summer theatre.  If you can send me a link to a picture of this character where I can see her costume, I can probably help you create one.  Email me by clicking on my avatar for an email link.
