  1. No, there aren't many rules.

I think it's just polite to think about what you're doing, and it's rude to think it's too much to follow one or two simple rules.

The best one is "no sob stories".  It's not for hard luck cases, whether or not you get stuff should not depend on what sort of line you spin.

  2. yep there is..they r mega fussy..moderaters,although think they should be,but if u dont do an advert defo right u get an email.. i love freecycle but if your a newbie and u dont know what to do,u will never get a advert on there..lol..dos and donts..but freecycle is a good, brilliant idea...thanx whoever thought of it..paula x

  3. Just a few too many... i agree! What IS the problem with giving away a pet anyway??

  4. There aren’t many rules with Freecycle, but one rule is paramount.  No matter what you’re giving away, you have to do exactly that.  There can be no charge associated with Freecycle.  It doesn’t cost any money to advertise that you have items to give away, and you can’t charge people to take things off your hands.
