Rules for Billiards 8 ball, 15 ball, 9 ball, and killers?

I enjoy playing billiards, i began playing a week ago, i want to know all the rules every single one of the proper rules for these 4 games, can u provide me with an article or can you explain the rules to me? I need to know the right ones, i tried lookign on the net but different sites provide different rules

If you are in the American Poolplayers Association (CPA in Canada) they have a rule book for all members/teams...the same rules apply to absolutely every member of the APA and CPA.  The rules in the league are different than "bar" rules.  Check the APA site and it will outline rules for you of league play.  If you are not playing in an amateur league the odds are the rules do change from bar to bar.

Not sure what you mean by 15-ball.  I'm assuming you mean 14.1 continuous aka Straight Pool:

If you spend time in this catagory you will soon see that is my biggest complaint NO standard rules. for standard pro rules go to the BCA Website they are all there

If you join a league expect them to be diffrent I dont think any 2 are the same I wont get into that can of worms again I have enough people mad at me already

yeah to make johnny's piont little clear i referance a fight that almost happened in whitehouse, yuckon terr.  few years back.  been long day of drivng and night of drinking when these two 19 y/o decided to play some pool.   now these military guys been drinking all night too and had been on the table all night.  well we challenge them to a game.  my friends down to the 8 ball and though he doesnt make it or scratch he happens to knock  one of the guys balls in well they said he lost. we asked how they explained we call bs.  precede to starting argueing over it. tempers rather high, national pride on the line.  well bout when it was ready to get physical one of them walks up with tray of shots of teq.  we all best friends rest of night. though under terms of the truce usa now has 51 states.
