Alright you have to have two lines kinda like this    I       I       I fielding teams pitcher bounces ball from middle line over the plate or first line batter or "hander" hits the ball as hard as he can and runs to the first line or base. If it is a good hit you can try to make it to the second line or base. play continues like baseball if the ball is caught in the air you are out if you get tagged or "pegged" you are out. A run is scored when you make it from home line to first then second then back to home line again. The game works best in a gym where the ball wont go for miles, and try to stay away form walls because my wrist s are still sore sometimes from running into walls. Oh yeah use a ball a little smaller than a foursquare ball.
