Rules in courting philippina ?

ok...im infatuated or has fallen in love with this girl from philippines. i have been conversing with this philipina i met here. yes..here in YA.

we have been exchanging emails and i find here ideas really interesting, and thats one thing i liked about her. i met up with her one time in detroit when she was sent by her company in philippines. im in florida so i flew there just to meet her. and im more amazed how nice she is in person.

now i want to court her, i dont know how to do it philippine style. can you give me some advice pls.

im 29. shes 27. (if that would be of help). im a banker. shes a lawyer.

i dont want to be a baby. i know how to woo a lady but i feel like i am going to marry this girl. i want to be careful.

Awww, that's so sweet. I wish I can meet someone like you. Anyway, don't come on too strong too soon. I believe this is universal, whatever country you're in or whatever gender you're dealing with.

Keep in constant touch, but don't make her think you're obsessed with her. It's nice to have someone intersted in you. But I'd personally lose interest if it seems like the person is neglecting his own life just because he's too hung up on me. I had a guy friend before who I knew was into me but held back a bit to a point that made me second-guess myself. It worked, it was like his emails to me were the highlight of my day. I loved hearing from him which wasn't that frequent, lol :).

Send her flowers sometime, with a sweet but mysterious note. Keep her guessing. Send her photos and anecdotes of your day, that way it will seem like you're really a part of one another's lives. Make sure you come for a visit to get to know her family and friends. Now she'll know for sure that you're serious about your intent.

However, be sure that you're really serious about this girl. Imagine if you did all of these only to disappear after a few months. That will be so painful. Believe me, I know from experience. Good luck!!! I wish you all the best. It's nice to hear romance is still alive :)

Since you guys are realatively the same age and have professional jobs I would imagine that you are both very mature. So that means she is probably looking for a good guy but be carefull because women don't like guys that are to full on at first. It's good that you have met her in person and if things went well then there isn't any reason that you shouldn't seal the deal mate. Though filipina girls are alot different to american girls they do have the same principles as most women.From what I have learnt in my time with Filipina women is that they are very good partners. They have all the good points like being very caring,loving,faithful and all the good stuff.

But some of the bad they do assume rather quickly,they get jealous and they are hard to figure out sometimes but that part of the fun in my opinion. In your case mate I think you would best just be yourself and when your with her next try and make an effort to learn more about her culture and where she is from and she will like the fact that your interested in her background. Just simple things is what keep filipina women hooked. Don't shower her with gifts as that may offend her instead send her afew txt's here and there asking her how she is and how her day went and you get my drift. Just make it seem as your a caring guy but not totally in love to the point you will be her lapdog because that just puts them off.

Other than that things will work out the way they are meant to. If I can offer some last advice drop the marriage thing out of your mind because it will only give you add to the clutter in your brain and s***w with your emotions when you should have your game face on right? In the affairs of the  heart, there are no rules and guidelines to follow.  Even lawyers cannot argue when the heart  is  in court. Bankers?, no amount of  interest rates would make  the heart  withdraw (retreat).

The Philippine rules of court generally follow American court procedures, therefore,  I don't think you would have a hard time following it.

In general, I think,  that you are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

I'd say flowers and chocolates would do nicely to bribe the jury and return a favorable verdict.

I am half Filipina. Traditionally, you should come to the Philippines to meet her family... this will make her realize you're making that extra effort to be near her. Make sure you respect her and her decisions. Be a gentleman  and offer help even if she doesn't need it. Try to learn her language even if you don't plan to live in the Philippines (this will help a lot). Last but not the least...prove that you can be faithful to her even when you're apart. Good luck!

there are no rules in courting a filipina just be yourself.

if she likes what in you then there is no problem... and since she is a lawyer, it is most likely not to argue with her for too long. you can argue a little to spice up a relationship but don't take it personally then laugh it out afterwards...

and make sure you can make her laugh... every filipina wants their man to make them feel secure and happy.
