Rules of golf... USGA Vs R&A?

Question

Whats the diference between USGA and R&A? Where can I find this info.. I know that they are almos exactly the smae, but on some points they are not..

The R&A is the govering body for Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and The Americas (not USA & Mexico. The USGA governs The United States and Mexico. As far as I know the rules are now the same. The two governing bodies have been working together and i think they use the same rules.Hope this helps somewhat.
