  1. as far as the law is concerned none, in fact is illegal to have certain restrictions based on someones nationality, this of course only referes to ownership;

    there are not any restrictions as far as I am aware that will only affect foreigners. maybe owning near a military base or something that will require security clearance but thats highly unlikely the case for anyone


  2. There are no laws are restrictions on foreigners buying property in the United States. Just be aware that if you do, you will have very high insurance and mortgage rates as well as having to put down plenty of collateral and a high deposit; you will also struggle to get finance due to your lack of credit history and credit rating in the U.S.

    If you are looking into property development in the U.S. i.e buying properties, remodeling/fixing them up and then selling them to make a living then that is a different ball-game altogether since it will be a business and you are earning income and not just purchasing a holiday home.

  3. you must be legal resident of the U.S.to buy

    a properties & you need to pay a visit to the Americam consulate to get more information about the subject matter including your entry visa.
