I need to find out..

How long must you be a citizen of the U.S.A. before becoming a senator? How long to be a representative?

I have a history project due tomorrow and I really need to know this a.s.a.p!!!!!

  2. It is better that the candidate must be a natural born citizen so that there is no double loyalty.
