  1. The first couple of years of Xbox 360s had problems with what people call the red rings of death which is just when three red lights flash on the console indicating a general hardware failure. Microsoft has done a good job of fixing/ replacing those consoles and has extended the warranty to 3 years on all consoles that experience the RRoD. They've made several improvements in the quality of parts they use and RRoD problems have gone down. The 360 is a great system despite these issues (why would so many put up with returning a 6th or 7th one if it wasn't?)

  2. Dont buy one, if u worried bout that, instead just get a ps3

  3. All consoles made after September 2007 have a 65nm processing chip to prevent the "Red Rings of Death". As long as you buy a brand new Xbox 360, you should be fine.

  4. when you send your xbox into microsoft they usually give you a refurbished one. If i were you i would just buy a brand new one so you dont have to worry about the problems.

  5. here is a rumor well more like hack

you can play pc games on it!

  6. everything you buy has a chance of breaking xbox360 is a great product as well the ps3. The fact that micrsoft fixes the problem if you send it in is a added bonus. Dont worry get one from bestbuy if it breaks you have 30days to return it for full refund.

  7. You might be thinking of the Red Ring of Death? Well yeah you can send it back and get a new one. But I thought they fixed that problem? Maybe not, I don't play console games.

  8. the 360 has a high failure rate then the PS3.
