Is Jr. Motorsports closing down. I thought they were doing good this year and Junior had big plans for it.

i think it's just a rumor. if it were fact, that would be big nascar news, and i haven't heard anything about it.

The Nationwide cars will be switching over to their own versions of the COT next year. Jr said that since he's going to have to go thru the expense of building a new fleet of cars that he may as well go ahead and move the program to the cup level. And it is also somewhat easier to get sponsors at the Cup level than the Nationwide series.
