Run a pic in article you find on Facebook even if you haven't obtained permission?

I wanted to know if it's ok to take a picture I find on facebook and use it in an article as long as I attribute it to the owner and Facebook. I am trying to obtain permission but my deadline is tomorrow and I don't know if I will get an answer in time.

In the cutline, make sure you attribute the photo to the owner, facebook.

Call and leave a message if you need to. If you don't get the permission or denial in time, at least you tried.
