Every single day I come home from school I run 2 miles, and in the weekends i run 2 miles right when i wake up. I've been doing this for a minimum 1.5 months , i'm pretty sure more.
But anyways every since the beginning i have made 2 miles my minimum , I'm keeping it there because I dont want to be a marathon runner or anything , just to be in shape. So I run 2 miles. My problem is that I don't understand, I still get really tired for example today I seriously almost fainted running my usual 2 miles.
What I run every single day sometimes with no problem!
what can this be?
